
If you’re local to Davis County, Utah or the surrounding areas, and would like to learn how to make sourdough bread, I would love to attend one of my in-person classes.
During my Sourdough for Beginners class, we’ll discuss all the things I wish I had known when I started baking with sourdough. I’ll be the bread bestie I always wish I could have had when I was just starting my baking journey.
You’ll leave class with:
- A well-maintained and very active sourdough start (I’m told it’s 200 years old, but I can only account for the last 3.5 years that I’ve had it at my house)
- My guidebook with so many FAQs, troubleshooting, sample baking schedules and my two favorite recipes
- The confidence you need to be successful on your journey
- Plus a little take-away gift from me
I also bring so many bread samples, so make sure you come ready to carb load.
Cost for class is $59 and payment is due in order to secure your seat.
